The Mission
(a.k.a. Why Midlife Doesn’t Mean Meltdown)

This isn’t about getting your “pre-baby body” back.
It’s not about shrinking, fixing, or fitting into anyone else’s box.
The Midlife Energy Club exists because too many women hit 40+ and feel like they’re fading into the background — emotionally, physically, and socially.
I say f*ck that.

About me

I’m Emma — nervous system coach, trauma-informed therapist, personal trainer, and full-blown midlife hype woman.

II’ve lost 35 kilos, am surviving the perimenopause chaos, and have spent years helping women heal from the inside out.
I’m also a neuroscience nerd, a qualified Zumba queen, and a mum to an incredible daughter who’s been running her own biz since 18 (yep, proud as hell).

I created the Midlife Energy Club because midlife women deserve more—more energy, support, joy, and way less BS.
